This operation takes place through volumetric modules (3D) and panels (2D), manufactured on a production line, according to standardized processes, transported and assembled at the construction site.

The greatest concentration of activities is off-site (at the factory), and the assembly time limit (on-site) is as briefly as possible.

The modular construction concept caters for all types of construction. Houses of any size and standard, commercial, industrial, residential buildings, distribution centers, hospitals, schools and hotels can be designed and built.

While traditional constructions take place entirely at the construction site, from the ground-up and in consecutive stages, the modular buildings are manufactured in simultaneous stages. For example, in the beginning of the schedule, a significant percentage of the modules can already be produced, without the need to wait for the site preparation and the foundation execution.

It is precisely because of this possibility to reduce by up to half the execution time, added to the process control, which makes the investment in modular construction an excellent choice, offering something that the traditional construction does not achieve: predictability of costs and deadlines, in addition to better quality, performance and sustainability.
